Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, men dog mættende. Beliggenheden var perfekt for vores sightseeing

"Okay hotel med perfekt beliggende og gode senge, men lidt slidt."
Det var et fint værelset med gode senge og eget badeværelse. Hotellet ligger 5 min gågang til Paddington station, der er naturligvis en del trafik, men alligevel forbavsende stille om natten. Morgenmaden var okay, yoghurt, cornflakes, musli og ristet brød med pålæg, ost og marmelade. Det er ikke prangende, men dejligt at man ikke skal ud og lede efter morgenmad. Oprydningen/afrydningen efter morgenmaden foregik hurtigt og af søde kvinder. Rengøringen/sengeredning foregik hver dag og vi fik også rene håndklæder hver dag. Hotellet fremstår lidt slidt, der er gamle gulvtæpper på gangene og trapperne, men sengene er nyere og værelserne fra trægulv/laminat.
Betjeningen i receptionen!! Vi havde 4 overnatninger og først på 3. dagen oplevede vi en receptionist som gad at sige godmorgen,(fra vores værelse passerede man receptionen på vej ned til morgenmad.) En af receptionisterne var faktisk direkte uforskammet overfor en anden gæst, en lidt ældre herre, som åbenbart ikke talte godt nok engelsk) og sagde faktisk ordret til ham "du taler spansk, det forstår jeg ikke, så jeg vil ikke tale med dig"
